Grimoire : Heralds of the Winged Exemplar (V2)

I applaud the good use of these modern mechanics and the execution seems to be just fine from what I've seen so far.

I will say its one saving grace is that there are masochists out there that will be rewarded by putting up with.. well *everything*, by getting a pretty lengthy and diverse set of kinda neat old school graphics on the monsters, and a really traditional music score for this type of game.

People complain about Dark Souls but this has 80s difficulty levels written all over it and wears it like a badge of honour.

Story - The story is well done and the amount of time and effort the developer put into the lore of the game is absurd.

The art and music are well done, it invokes the exact feeling its meant to, that of an old styled dungeon crawler RPG, you have a boatload of character creation options, can choose where you start the game, and bosses don't have special defenses against things they SHOULD be specifically weak to so instant kills are possible, but after that the problems started.
