What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The addition of a map is also a huge improvement as well, and the quest markers and other icons on the map makes it much easier to find things, and the addition of multiplayer improves this game dramatically as well, as it is way more fun to play with friends (although there is a major caveat that I'll discuss in a moment).
The pixel art style is charming, the soundtrack fits the atmosphere perfectly, and the variety of prisons keeps the gameplay fresh.
- Great co-op experience with friends.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 4 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
