Such a huge shame since, graphics are beautiful and create a pleasing set of environments to traverse, and the music plays along to your movement too which is very enjoyable and oh so satisfying to play, although i felt when you get to extra mode it sounds too harmonic and loses the grittyness which i loved of the soundtrack.
The meme-inspired visuals and humorous elements further enhance the overall experience.
BIT.TRIP RUNNER is a game that beautifully blends the world of memes with an incredibly fun gameplay experience, earning it a solid 4/5 rating from me.
From the iconic characters and animations to the amusing references and nods to internet culture, BIT.TRIP RUNNER is sure to bring a smile to your face.
Only real niggle is that controls with the keyboard tend to be a bit sloppy so wold recommend playing this one with a controller.
