The visuals are much better than in any other game of the series, though they are far from being the best the engine its powered by (Unreal Engine 4) can do.

It's hard to take seriously, but all the playable characters are fun to use, and they are diverse in their combat style, it's also breaks the monotonity that you play as a party of 4 with 3 AI companions, and you can switch between them during combat (even tho you have to open the menu to do so).
