The characters, while fairly stereotypical in some cases, still manage to be interesting and charming.
Graphics: The Art and ambiance of it is awesome all around except the background which is moderate in some places and the character art is to drool for.
Each main characters individual stories are fairly interesting and end up making you care about them, and although the side characters don't get stories per se, the quests and dialogue help to flesh them out well and give you a good idea of their personalities and tastes, and the way you can influence their moods and eventually their alignment and/or fates provides plenty of reason for replayability.
The voice acting is actually pretty good, and while there's not much of it, the voiced lines are well done and enjoyable to listen to.
Gameplay: The mini-games based on equipment you wear were fun and even if you find them tedious you can skip them with the story mode option in the options menu which is nice.
