The gameplay is pretty simple with only the joystick and B to shoot.
Visually, Lode Runner Legacy adopts a colorful voxel-inspired art style that refreshes the franchise without abandoning its recognizable identity.
All of these characters, items, and levels can be shared with the community through Steam Workshop integration, and you can also compete for high scores on all the various levels with the Leaderboards.
Another feature of the game I did not feel was that successful was the FPS camera as I felt that it was super awkward to control and I just ended up looking at the minimap to maneuver the level.
