Base gameplay is good but can become simple and repetitive fast, like many beat em ups, but this one lacking the characters, co-op, variety of moves, or more interesting levels of the better beat em ups.
Music: The 90's cartoon inspired soundtrack has a special place in my heart - lots of hummable tunes that have that perfect Megaman balance between repetition and variety that leaves them stuck in your head for the rest of the day.
Its striking visuals, bold soundtrack, and unique mechanics coalesce into an experience that feels at once retro and modern, nostalgic and innovative.
