Unworthy

Parry is automatic every tot second with a weapon and you can roll to evade hits.

-First area and occasionally in specific places the framerate seems kind of unstable, but during bosses or most normal gameplay I never felt there was any issues.

Unworthy is a souls-like metroidvania with minimalist monochrome graphics (sets a nice tone for hopelessness), decent game-play and a good OST.

I like what unworthy has done with black, white and gray visuals, and I felt like it elevated it to high art at many moments because of the limited palette choice.

I expected it to be 99% about the action/gameplay, with just enough story to give the player some purpose, but in fact there’s some really good writing sprinkled throughout that really goes a long way to set the mood.

-The sound design and music bring what is a rather muted visual experience into a lot more interesting territory.
