It's got a lengthy campaign with an engaging story and great characters and dialogue.
While on the whole the gameplay is pretty fun, there were some puzzling decisions with it and some straight up design flaws; if you use a controller to play, certain things have a rumble response but your guns do not, which makes them not feel as punchy.
- Lighting is more beautiful than in The New Order, but still contains a lot of grey destroyed buildings
It keeps its predecessor’s solid FPS foundations, but takes its universe and storytelling somewhere much stranger.
The Sound effects are also glorious.
The gameplay is the best in the series, complete with extremely well optimized graphics, some absolutely gorgeous pre-rendered cutscenes with incredible pacing, humour, direction and presentation.
