So with this game it's incredibly frustrating, because it starts off with banger music (probably not to everyones liking, but it fits so well and takes a nose dive into oldschool racing game soundtracks), stunning visuals that haven't been seen since the early voxel racers.
I have played this game so much I have acquired every ingame unlockable (as of writing only 1.4% of players have the achievement for doing this), and even purchased the soundtrack to support the devs.
The soundtrack, which is more of a background beat, is pleasant and fitting for the races and accelerates on the last lap for added pressure.
It has full controller support and I didn't experience any crashes or stutters.
Outside of the Grand Prix, Single Race and Time Trial modes, there are also a few variants where you have to watch your car's health while racing and the more classic Cops and Robbers that can all be fun in multiplayer online, or with friends in split-screen.
