What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
A rather attractive plot.
Visuals are one of the most important aspects of a Hidden Object game, especially when publishers such as Artifex Mundi present their games with over-the-top quality, and breaking free from the low stack resolutions we’re all used to.
The soundtrack is nice, it fits the atmosphere of the game - magical, bewitching, mysterious.
As it stands, the game is 100% stable and performs fantastic with a consistent 60fps during gameplay, although framerate drops are usually among Hidden Objects due to the engine itself, and as expected, Darkarta is no exception.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
