Coffee Crisis

Silly and amusing story, characters, and dialogue that honours the classic games.

The soundtrack, as you would expect, is based around heavy metal music and suits the game very well.

It's a simple beat 'em up, though it offers some new ideas to spice up the gameplay, by adding some modifiers that at certain points alter the style of the game by making enemies more powerful or by giving the screen this sensation of an old TV set, among others.

The pixelated graphics are fun, it’s definitely unique and I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t fun running around and smacking old grannies with a bag of coffee beans.

I only played the game on single-player, but you can get a friend to play local co-op for double caffeinated fun.
