This is a fun little game about your hero going on a martial arts quest to find the legendary Master Hand who disappeared long ago, as he seems to be the key to stopping and preventing war from breaking out among the lands.
Visuals and sound-wise they both hark back to the Amiga days with beautitfully quirky hand drawn art reminiscent of the Where's Wally illustrated books where everything is interesting to look at and everyone is doing something intrgung no matter how mundane, and IK+ (a game I loved as a child as animations were chock full of charm and surprises and it works a treat here) and home-made sounds by what seems like random people (which makes it even more fun to play as random grunts, whelps and giggles add distinct personalities to the characters).
Music does the job with chilled little far Eastern inspired melodies in the background that don't distract too much and keep the gameplay flowing with a very relaxed atmospere.
You can feel a lot of passion went into the game, the sound design is pretty good too, the sounds and music create something nice and atmospheric, the kind of game that gets you really sucked in while you're playing it wondering what sort of strange thing might happen in these weird islands you explore.
