Writing is still solid although less than before with one too many modern childish reference, characters are believable (loved Maria until she punk'd me and learning about her 'baggage') but not as interesting as before (surely not as disturbing).

Quality voice acting we heard in TCL returns as all voices are fully done by professionals and our Queen sounds like she hasn't aged a day.

The art direction and atmosphere is fantastic, it’s a lot of the same 2D hand drawn graphics but it feels polished and colorful while mixed in with 3D animations.

There isn’t much I can really say in this department other than “it’s good” and if it’s your style of gameplay then I think you’ll like it all the same, though I also used a guide (link below).

The actual environment sounds are pretty immersive too, no complaints and honestly something I want to point out: in Chapter 4 there was a train puzzle of sorts where if you flip the switch a lot it sounds like something out of the Silent Hill main menu and I’ll be honest these sounds make me cream my pants bro on god.
