Ooblets

The gameplay isn't complicated, but it stays fun as things get more hectic.

The story was really good and I'm still finishing my house and ooblets collection!

With its quirky art style, upbeat soundtrack, and cheerful atmosphere, the game invites players into a vibrant world where growing crops, raising adorable creatures known as Ooblets, and building relationships with quirky townsfolk take center stage.

The game runs really well, even on my Steam Deck and it's very much a game suited to the tuck up in bed and play before going to sleep style of game as if you play it as I have, on my main PC, you might get a little carried away and end up losing three hours to it...

Gameplay mechanics are well-balanced, providing a gentle learning curve that suits both casual players and those looking for more depth.

The game's overall experience was fun, the visuals and sound design were incredibly adorable and the dance battles were gratifying (especially in the dance barn!) The quirk was charming and cohesive haha and I enjoyed making my way through the main quest.
