The visuals have gotten an upgrade since the last time I played the game, as the floating head and ghost girl in particular have gotten some much-needed redesigns to make them more menacing.

Other than the horror stingers (soundtrack is actually well done), it's just a silent creature chasing you, so you have no clue how close it is, which immediately gets rid of any possible tension.
