The pessimistic outlook the game strikes an ironic contrast with the forward-looking premise of the game, but the characters aren’t identifiable enough in writing or their pixelated designs to make it sound like anything more than sophomoric doomerism.
Still, I’d give the game a recommend just for the cute graphics and simple gameplay.

I'm a fan of pixel art style so for me the graphics were nice and I didn't have any problems with how simple they seem to be.
