there's even a recap of the first game so that people who pick this one up don't get too lost. soundtrack is amazing, especially the new themes added for some characters. the graphics handle well, and you SHOULD be fine with minimal frame drops on a medium end PC build. however, please note that online play may not work on occasions, and though the netcode is "playable" now, there's still an odd chance that it will crash mid match or at the start of confirming the rom session. maybe try the Remote Play Together feature and hope for the best, but aside from netplay being a hassle for some, pretty much everything about this game is amazing.
