this game has and has had huge potential for a long time but the gameplay is too slow for its own good which can result in the early game lasting way too long and having no mid-game and barely any late-game and just makes the game feel like an instant, almost car crash like transition for early game to end game which makes the first few hours of this game somewhat fun but then the experience instantly screech's to a halt and the game quickly becomes boring and with this kind of game that is very bad because this genre of city builder/resource manager/colony sim is used to having games that can last a life time and with this game i got about 3 hours of fun and 7 hours of attempting to convince myself that i didn't waste my money
The art style and vibrant colors, I feel works very well for the game (I am usually not a fun of block-style game).
Easy to love, easy to lose hours to, and just a little too easy to outgrow.
Speaking of which, its Steam Deck Verified which means it works great on the go, too.
super fun only if there was multiplayer with friends to play together and there was a code to join them but still a great game and non repetitive
It also clearly still has a loyal player base that treats town layouts and giant optimized populations like sacred geometry, which tells you a lot about how nicely the building sandbox scratches that part of the brain.

Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
