tl;dr: If you enjoy being able to create your own wrestler down to the absolute wire, with a ton, and I do mean a TON, of A.I. and customization options, and are willing to spend many days, maybe even weeks of your life, learning all of it... then I can say this is for you.

At first glance, the game’s retro-inspired graphics and isometric 2D presentation may seem like a throwback to a bygone era, but beneath that modest surface lies an intricate simulation engine that rivals or even surpasses many of its more modern, graphically advanced counterparts.

For sure a must have for any diehard wrestling fan of any era (thanks to the contributors on the steam workshop), the aesthetic is great and the game play albeit there's a learning curve is extremely engaging.

There's actually more to do outside of exhibition matches with the addition of Fighting Road aka Story Mode.

​Thanks to the insanely active community and flexible edit system, the character roster is essentially infinite.

From classic Japanese Puroresu powerbombs and Mexican Lucha Libre high-flying maneuvers to grueling MMA submission holds and brutal deathmatch violence, every combat style on the planet is represented.
