What players think
The recurring themes across 127 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The three different classes and how they interact with the pyramid combined with the multiple ways to solve problems and differences in endings provide a good deal of replay value, adding up to at least seven hours of gameplay if you go through once for each class.
The atmosphere and darkly comedic writing particularly stand out as great.
If you enjoy games where the graphics are chiefly symbolic and the real details are to be found in word form, this is a must try.
And the sound effects are just as good as the music, if you ask me!
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
