Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
The second episode strays from the fun, humorous side of things and focuses more on story, an unexpected yet completely welcome change of tone.

Gameplay

I absolutely think that chapter 1 and chapter 2 of hello charlotte are absolute trash, both games have an insufferable gameplay, I love when you have to repeat the same boring puzzle because you forgot to save and lost most of your progress.

Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
this game feels like the incoherent ramblings written in the notebook of a lonely teenage girl struggling with overthinking and depression/anxiety turned into a light novel (which it does extremely well). at times there is dialogue that is kinda cheesy like where the characters go off about some abstract thought process about how the concepts in game correspond to real life social phenomena yada yada. there are random edgy statements and visuals which are clearly the product of suppressed frustration and at some point i would call it blathering, but the art is very good, and i also find cynical narrators and environments fun. not to mention that i'm sure etherane was young when she made this so this will definitely be more interesting to adolescents.

Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend both chapter 1 and 2, as I think they are completely skippable, at least the OST and art are good, and they are basically free, so yeah.
