Visually, Abduction Bit stays true to its retro inspiration with an 8-bit pixel art style that emphasizes clarity and readability.
Good sound effects, very authentic to 80s arcade games, but only a few melodies.
Another interesting quirk that I found out (which will benefit anyone struggling with this game) is that co-op mode allows the use of two players to engage with the game but, due to the way the stages are designed, you are practically never in any danger from your starting points.
There's partial controller support, i.e. you need mouse to navigate some menus but gameplay has full support.
