You do have many cool police gadgets, but to unlock them, you may need to play the story first.
I think playing solo the game is completely unbarable, playing LOCAL coop its a 5/10...
🎮Gameplay - Police Stories is a top down tactical shooter.
💾Graphics - Visually speaking, the game is pretty basic.
Thankfully there is only one achievement for playing a single level in co-op, and with a controller you can do it locally so the online multiplayer not working isn't a game killer.
