Especially Tips-section had some great content, and, even though it's the least essential chapter so far, has some dry filler and is more like an overpriced (it's cheaper than ch. 1-3 but still) bonus DLC-scenario, it Does provide some neat information (and it's a fine little story) so I do recommend checking it out.

The tone shift, side-story, and new character are all pretty interesting, and while the usual gore that I love so much isn't a factor in this one, it still managed to be creepy on a few occasions.
