Unless you're going to port literally every single map known to the FPS world, having 3 dimensional targets are the next best thing.
Additionally, while useful for honing mechanical skills, the game doesn't provide training for strategic gameplay elements found in most FPS games.
You can save custom presets, review past performance stats, and tweak visuals (target and wall colors, crosshairs) and some weapon behaviors.
