Aliens: Colonial Marines Collection

A little thing that helped to make the gameplay experience a bit more immersive.

While I'm normally a "strictly co-op" girl, some of the vs maps and modes were surprisingly fun.

Speaking of enemies, on the hardest difficulty the damage is tremendous, and only a few shots or melee hits are enough to destroy both your armor and health - Xenos are more evasive and may hit you from any side with their wall-climbing abilities, while PMCs take cover and use human weapons as expected.

The multiplayer (If you can find a game) is actually quite entertaining and fun.

Lore inconsistencies and recycled environments hurt immersion, but sound design and occasional set pieces capture the Aliens atmosphere to keep you hooked.

There's also patches that greatly increase the difficulty level, finally putting it up to the level of a modern shooter.
