TLDR: Unless you actually want to experience "Early Storm" I'd skip straight to Storm 2 which has amazing boss fights and Storm 4/Connections which have infinitely better combat, visuals and more characters/mechanics.

My PC isn't that crazy at all, matter of fact it's below average, but still can run this game on the highest graphics settings possible with no lag at all.

The character roster, minus the obvious abscense of Zabuza and Haku, is pretty comprehensive; it has pretty much all major characters from the anime, although some of them are relegated to being support only.

It sounds ridiculous but the game is tailor made to make you feel awesome, the punchy sound effects and win screen with grinning characters really do create a feeling of epicness when you take down your foe.
