Night in the Woods

Without spoiling the story, it was really good, although a certain big background plot point that becomes important later didn't really hook me that much, to be honest; the characters kept me thoroughly engaged.

The visuals are nice, the music is good, and the gameplay is alright with some mini-games to keep you engaged.

The graphics are gorgeous, and you’ll find yourself standing still and admiring the view that the small town has to offer as you explore.

What I got was a weird, cozy, funny, melancholy, sharply written game with a fantastic art style, a great soundtrack, and a tone that shifts in ways I did not see coming.

Nearly everything about this game is unsurpassed; Its visual design, scenic design, character design, sound design, (I've written design so many times!) and most importantly, its narrative.

I played almost all of my time on the steam deck and it worked flawlessly (not surprisingly).
