Sticking to the core business without having to micromanage a thousands things and I like the sort of basic graphics, too.

All of the elements of sub warfare are included - a patrol zone (many actually), replayability, different subs to "drive", and the last time I read, there will also be an AA component added at some point.

With that being said the learning curve is relatively short, and makes getting a kill many times more rewarding than it is in games like Uboat.

It is all the parts I love about a subsim - all the tension along with all the tactics wrapped in a deep but simple, slick interface.
