+ Fluid gameplay
Regarding the graphics, I would say it is better for you to check a few screenshots or a gameplay video to decide whether or not you like the pixelated art-style.
+ Great soundtrack
It's also free so if you can just try it for yourself, watch the first cutscene or play the first level, and you'll probably be sold (or not) on the game, and then decide if you want to buy the Nurse outfit DLC. (which is only a dollar anyways).
I played the whole game on an Xbox One controller and it controlled perfectly.
