What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Both appear generic at first, but I assure you, don't judge a book by it's cover, because like Deadliest Warrior, despite looking generic at first and having a focus on public domain in regard to characters, it makes suprisingly good use and execution in terms of fighting styles/playstyles and variety when it comes to the characters.
Good graphics, but bad gameplay.
I also hope this game in the future doesn't suffer the fate of Alan Wake (which for those that don't know, was removed due to soundtrack licensing expiring, that also can be said for Driver San Francisco for another example) However one element I will give the music credit about is that it's cheesy and generic feel does at least fit well with the game (in other words, this game is a giant homage to kung fu movies, and these tracks do fit the vibes the game tries to give off)
GAMEPLAY CUSTOMIZATION (REPLAY VALUE)
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
