Gameplay itself is fun enough, and fairly challenging, and even if it's not the level of difficulty you want, there are a TON of modifiers to make the game harder on you, thus improving your loot drops as well.

The story is pretty decent for a shmup of modest scope, but it’s definitely the customization system that steals the show.

The graphics work nicely with the theme, the music could be a bit more varied, but for a seeminly low budget indie game that's only $6-10 it's great.

Is friendly to player: difficulty factors of all screens can be reset anytime, and clean a screen offers rewards and may can revisited as shop.

On top of that the leveling system gives you a whole slew of active abilities to use in combat which can all be upgraded to your liking, allowing you to focus on the ship builds you want.

Weapons produce satisfying audio feedback, explosions carry enough force to make combat feel impactful, and the soundtrack shifts naturally between atmospheric exploration tracks and intense battle themes.
