Nice crispy arcade graphics, kick ass soundtrack, fun gameplay both difficult and easy modes.

The pixel graphics are lovely and the music is really quite groovy, and it even has a couch co-op mode, which probably makes this game much more accessible on console but is less relevant on PC.

I had never knew and i believe I'm not alone when i say that this soundtrack is the first in a long time that had me thinking how underutilized the Sega Genesis soundchip was. it has inspired to find out how the music was made, and what software was capable of allowing me to track chiptunes for the Genesis.
