A lot of the playable party characters might be a little generic in their characterizations but there's some charm to the writing and interactions with the characters that make me root for them and want to see the rest of the adventure through.

I think the game has a very good progression system that makes you characters slowly build in power, as well as a system that allows your attacks to deal more damage as you continually use them over time.
