What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
This game allows for both active (define "active" in an idler) and idle playstyles with items its offering, so most players will be able to arrange their setup to their preference.
The gameplay loop is simple as is usually the case with idle games but it has a great inventory management/optimisation aspect to it where you must connect your hardware in a way that's the most space efficient to maximise how many scrapped together old-world machines you can connect to yourself.
Visually, IDLE_DIRECTIVE embraces a clean pixel art style that suits its gameplay priorities.
The Developer is active an fixes Bugs (i did encounter some optical glitches, nothing serious).
The music helps set the atmosphere wonderfully, and the sound effects are all nice.
