What players think
The recurring themes across 110 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
What sets Political Animals apart is its ability to distill the chaotic and often morally ambiguous world of politics into an approachable, bite-sized strategy experience, combining charm with a surprisingly sharp critique of political tactics and campaign dynamics.
While it is kind of like Democracy and other games like that, the gameplay gets super repetitive and there aren't much random chances.
Visually, Political Animals embraces a bright, cartoonish art style that cleverly contrasts with the sometimes cutthroat subject matter.
The multiplayer part could help if the game mecanic was actually good.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
