The plot twist was unforeseen, and there is no distinct allusion to it until it occurs, and begins to allow the tale to fall into place as well as giving a generous motivation for the secondary antagonist.

With its competent design and atmospheric visuals and soundtrack it’s an excellent addition to any HoG library.

Exploration is a relatively smooth progress and the game does tease at future areas, by using areas that connect to multiple pathways.

The Dark City boasts some very good voice acting, with excellent casting and emotional performances that clearly show astonishment or fear.

Another thing about the achievements is that they ramped up the difficulty from the previous games A LOT.

The HUD is quite attractive with clear simple lines and a matte background although it cannot be minimized whic does feel as though it limits the view of the areas.
