Dark Fear

Imaginably, it speaks to an older audience that's more familiar with the medium, but even still, much of the art is better than you might expect from much of the preview material, and the well-crafted atmosphere enhances the simple story being told.

The balancing is top-notch: You can clearly see the math made to balance out weapons, armor, additional buffs with the next enemy's hp and damage.

-The sounds and graphics are both very nice; nothing feels out of place and the soundtrack and sound effects are both used well to complement the situation

The sound design is the only positive, with tracks that can be soothing or eerie, unfortunately they aren't matched by the environments and game design and the music comes off as being discordant with the rest of the atmosphere of the game.

It's got all of those inventory puzzles and problem solving you'd expect from a point and click, albeit scaled down and broken up pretty well by those other elements.
