Be it the character classes (warrior, rogue, mage), most of the npc's (Cain, Tyrael etc), the unforgotten quotes ("stay awhile and listen", "this place has been fouled" etc), the groovy oldschool dungeon soundtrack, enemies and Bosses (the Butcher etc) - yeah, a whole lot.
