Pros: Realism, Controls, Physics, Graphics, Character model, Parks are the perfect size, Inlines are the perfect size not too small and not too bulky, landing tricks feel rewarding, controlling the style of how you rollerblade and land, and being able to capture clips with the different lenses settings is very great.
