What players think
The recurring themes across 147 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Each of them bring some value to the story, but they are also given additional side quests that focus more specifically on them, which is something I appreciated.
after playing the entire serie of aveyond 3 wish was bad because of all the sidequests you were forced to do to complete the game and because of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ backtracking i was really doubting aveyond 4 but the second i started the game and saw the intro i knew i was gonna have a good time. i have not had this much fun with an rpg in a really long time and i really recommend buying it. its pretty long it took me 25 hours to finish and i was playing on normal difficulty so i didnt have to grind at all and i think i missed a quest or 2 but i completed most of the game and it was the best 25 hours of this year. i will give it a 9/10 because of some sound bugs and menu bugs in combat but otherwise i had a blast. if you want a game with mostly a fun instead of a serious story then buy this game and enjoy the 20 hours gameplay of it
The graphics are good for pixel RPG style.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
