What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Posting my review after completing the game (normal) and achieving 100% achievements in one play through while following a guide... so some of my ~62 hrs (at review time) was spent reading a guide as I played... and at one point I redid about 5hrs of play because I (incorrectly) thought I had a bugged side-quest and reverted a save from my daily backup (losing 1 day's play)... so perhaps my actual game time was somewhere in the 55+ hrs range?
It does some things well like visual design and atmosphere; some things mediocre like its gameplay; and some things both good and bad like its writing.
Loved the rich writing and voice acting.
The only real issue I had with the game performance wise was textures wouldn't full render causing some objects and characters to look like they're made of blurry clay.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
