A decent walking simulator with an interesting mechanic in which a ghost follows you around as you explore a huge mansion picking up random objects.

There are lots of reasons I recommend this game: interesting premise, moments of incredible immersion, outstanding sound, great voice acting, an atmosphere and vibe that is successfuly creepy (at least for a short while).
