Defragmented

I'm only an hour into it at the time of this review and the game's story is freakin' awesome!

The combat is a little lacking and some of the control binding don't make that much sense (if an update would allow us to map our own buttons that'd be awesome!) That being said now that I'm getting a couple more weapons the combat is becoming more fun.

It’s a fast paced, loot-based top down Run-and-Gun RPG, and while it is not without a few missteps, the mechanics are tight, and lend themselves to hours of mixing and matching guns and abilities, trying to nail down a combination of stats that’ll let you run and gun your way through the bright neon levels as long as your reflexes are fast enough.

The pulsing synth soundtrack is one of the best electronic game soundtracks I’ve ever heard, and perfectly sets the stage for running and gunning in the Cyberpunk world that Glass Knuckle Games has created.

Still, I want to take a moment to discuss just how well Defragmented's graphics work.
