It's a very good mobile game on steroids, and its graphics are pretty good, but they will not hold up to any games nowadays (this doesn't bother me)

Personally I completed dynamic campaign one time and almost finished campaign two times, which took me 60+ hours, so the amount of gameplay is pretty huge.

Very good turn based naval combat sim, low hardware requirements and with a nice variety of European theatre ships to choose from.
