The condition for completing a level perfectly is ending with full health, not beating a certain number of enemies or anything else that would make a satisfying win condition.
the weapons are fun and colorful the writing is funny and its pretty tough because to get to the end you need to get a bunch of levels perfectly done wich is really hard and challenging. and the music is just fantastic i love the soundtrack
The derpy art style and MS paint assets along with the half decent audio had a chance of making a strong showing and clearing my library of a bunch of lesser titles from that genre.
