Stardew Valley

It's a sandbox-style map with completionist-style achievements, a low stress gameplay loop, very affable and believable NPCs, and very haptically satisfying minigames that make up the main "Skill Paths" you can pursue in this game.

Great in single player and Co-op with even a pretty damm good moding comunity.

I also really like the range of quests and characters, it helps the game be more immersive.

The music and the art style is so bright and so memorable :D, I used to hum the music from all the seasons for days, the events were getting repetitive after a while unless you were feeling competitive in some or needed some specific item in them.

Paired with a relaxing soundtrack, the whole experience feels calm and comforting—perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Amazingly fun with friends, with the ability to marry players in multiplayer if you want to play with a friend or spouse.
