However, the portraits for the characters that talk are just incredibly ugly, and honestly some simple pixel art might've looked nicer.
- Useless dialogue bubbles keep appearing during gameplay, obstructing many precious pixels.
The pre-rendered visuals are packed with detail: gears react to speed, engines strain under load, machines break apart convincingly.
The arena mode is fun it others but this one is the one it stand out, and one big feature missing is just multiplayer maybe is do to the age of the game, that could have been something interesting.
This game also has absolutely stunning visual and audio design.
