Coming back to the game, my opinion is that it moves much better than many and I love this trilogy, the graphics are decent!
Serious Sam is one of the BEST mindless FPS ever, bringing back memories of the Doom and Quake series, Duke Nukem 3D and countless other ''murder simulators'' from the mid-late 90's and also takes all the stuff that's been claimed as ''revolutionary'' in FPS gaming like Half-Life, combined in one awesome game.
The basic sound effects are also well made.
Coin-op in the HD version is co-op with limited shared revives per level, which becomes un-fun with a large random group of different skill levels or bad teamwork, and involves some unspoken etiquette I wish I'd realized sooner.
Fantastic gameplay + great multiplayer + fun + humor + guns + chainsaw + alien hordes = Serious Sam: The Second Encounter
